About Sheila Storer at Therapy with Food
I qualified as a nutritional therapist with the Institute of Optimum Nutrition, Richmond, founded in the 1980’s by the renowned nutritional therapist and author, Patrick Holford. I also studied Nutritional Science at Bedford University, where I received a 1st class degree with honors.
Nutritional therapy is regulated by The British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT). I am a member of BANT and am also accredited with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), this council has been set up to protect consumers and ensure high standards in complementary healthcare.
